We use only the highest quality leatherette materials for our patches.  We chose leatherette for many reasons, but don't be fooled by the name.  Leatherette is not only cruelty-free to animals, but it's also less maintenance and lasts just as long as real leather.  Our patches are ultra thick and heavy duty to stand up to daily wear, we've thoroughly tested our own hats through all four seasons in the Midwest.  We even have hats that we've made year ago that look just as good today as it did fresh out of the laser engraving machine.  Leatherette allows more color options, cutting edge designs, and versatility in patch designs.
